App stopped working after I made a purchase. It won't open anymore and gives me an "unknown error" message any time I try. I reached out to customer support, and after only two emails from them where they suggested I use their live support chat on the app (which is impossible for me to do), and asking for a screen recording of the issue (which I provided), they've gone completely silent. I do not recommend this app at all.
was on for a couple days then I bought coins and now Everytime I open up the app I get a message that says UNKNOWN ERROR. and that's all that comes up. I've cleared the cache and storage, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've reset my phone, all of this multiple times and still can't get into the app, worst part is the app took my money. they have it and basically stole it
there are many scammers in the app and they don't have a report option for that, there's no customer service. A model shouldn't be able to block a user who has paid her. Somehow they believe that getting out in less than 8 seconds is enough to avoid being scammed, nonsense.
you can flip through the different streamers, but that is all you can do without paying. boring af and even if it was good enough to buy the premium plan, which it is not. the price is high. I can think of way better things to spend my money on.
I would rate higher, but... I've been talking to someone I really like on this app and today, I came across another account with her face as the profile pic. When I asked about it, she said it was an impersonator that she'd received multiple complaints about. She's reported the account several times, but nothing has been done about it. Please do something about fake accounts.
